Nightmare Visions Rising From Below The Earth 2.0

The wait is over :) I just picked up the boxes from customs and will start numbering as soon as this mail is on it's way. All (paid for) preorders have been sent out on Monday, July 21st and should have arrived a while ago, causing depression and eventually suicide.
